Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our Tampa, Florida studio. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is packed and accepted by the carrier.

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship items: typically 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order items, including our spine lamps: typically 3–5 business days.

If a product page or order confirmation lists a longer production window, that item-specific window applies. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.

United States shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout from package weight and destination.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Contact us before ordering if you need an international delivery quote.

Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update after the shipping email arrives.

Address changes

Send address corrections to cozyafllc@gmail.com before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or receives a shipping label.

Damaged, opened, or lost packages

Contact cozyafllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or the last carrier scan. Include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the condition of the box. Keep all packaging while we investigate and arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or carrier claim.
